Dry and bright with sunny intervals this morning, although hill fog and mist will affect southern and eastern areas. Then patchy rain will arrive by mid-afternoon, gradually petering out in the evening. However, low cloud and mist will become more prevalent again later in the evening and overnight. The light southwest wind will freshen for a time later today, temperatures peaking at 18°C in the north.

Outlook: Some light rain/drizzle overnight with hill fog and mist in the south and east of the island gradually diminishing by tomorrow morning, leaving the rest of the day mainly dry and bright with sunny intervals and moderate to fresh west-southwest breezes; temperature reaching 17°C.
